The Mercat de Música Viva de Vic has presented, between September 15 and 18, 62 live performances, including those of various artists who have premiered their new projects, such as Jansky, The Excitements, Roger Mas and El Petit de Cal Eril.
The concerts of María Peláe, Anna Ferrer, Elkin Robinson, María Yfeu, Emlan and Rodrigo Laviña y su Combo have been some of those that have been best received by professionals and the public.
For another year, Call & Play has been the backline provider for the event.
The MMVV made a balance and gave some figures that show the success of the edition during those difficult times: more than 17,000 people from the public, 636 professionals, 50 companies in pitching and up to 340 speed meetings.
Regarding gender equality, the MMVV has once again hosted the assembly of the Association of Women in the Music Industry (MIM) and has been part, since last year, of the Key for Change platform. It has met Sustainable Development Goals: accessibility and green energy seal in all settings, ecological toilets in some of them, as well as recyclable cups and digital entrance tickets.
