According to the specialized critics, the Scottish rock band Travis initiated a musical path that, later, was followed and consolidated by other British bands such as Coldplay and Keane.
Travis was formed in Glasgow in 1990, and is comprised of Fran Healy (vocals and rhythm guitar), Dougie Payne (bass and vocals), Andy Dunlop (lead guitar, bass, vocals) and Neil Primrose (drums and percussion).
Their first album was titled Good Feeling (1997). With the second album, The Man Who (1999), which included the song "Why Does it Always Rain on Me?", came the first great sales and recognition successes, which followed with the next album, The Invisible Band (2001), in which there is another number one hit: "Sing".
After a few more albums, they released, in 2020, “10 Songs”, which they presented on September 16 at Luz de Gas in Barcelona.
