45 years of Jazz in San Sebastian

The 45th edition of Heineken Jazzaldia has been a great success with 106,000 spectators. The festival, which included more than 80 artists, was headlined by Patti Smith, Dave Holland & Pepe Habichuela, Elvis Costello, George Benson, Jessye Norman, Ron Carter and Stanley Clarke.

Once again Call & Play, with Xabier Sologaistua as coordinator, has been the official backline supplier at the festival. A highlight is that Ron Carter, who received the Donostiako Jazzaldía prize, will play one of our double basses during his performance in Plaza de la Trinidad.
