Heat, dust and lots of music at the Monegros Desert Festival

On July 30, and after eight years of absence, the Desert Festival has once again played in the Monegasque steppe, bringing together almost 56,000 people from 85 different countries.

For 22 hours straight, 125 artists have performed on 11 stages dedicated to hip-hop, drum & bass, house, tech house, acid, techno, hard core, and more.

The desert has its charms, but it also has its drawbacks, as backline technicians and DJs who have worked on this edition, or any previous edition, know. During their turn, they have to deal with the heat and the dust. Monegros Desert is always an extreme experience, which you have to live at least once in your life.
