On November the 26th of 2012, the International Music Competition Maria Canals, dean of music competitions in Spain, which will celebrate its 59th edition in 2013, has placed seven grands pianos around Madrid, making them available to anyone who wanted to play between 11h and 18h, in an action that took place in recent years in Barcelona and that the Jesús Serra Foundation has presented this year in Madrid for the first time. All piano students, professional and amateur pianists have been invited to play the piano.
The International Music Competition Maria Canals and the Jesús Serra Foundation have had Call & Play to place all these grand pianos, including a Bösendorfer Imperial and a Yamaha CFIIIS, around Madrid in the following locations:
Fernán Gómez Theater. Art Center. Fine Arts Center. Nuevos Ministerios Subway Station. Principe Pio Mall. Madrid Atocha Station. AVE Arrivals Lobby. Superior Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid.
